Culinary School of the Rockies offers transforming, short-term culinary and pastry programs that fully immerse students in classic and cutting-edge techniques, with an emphasis on using local and seasonal ingredients. CSR is the only culinary school in the country to offer a Farm to Table Externship. The Culinary Arts Program proudly features a 5-week, off-site farm to table externship where students are immersed in Colorado's burgeoning farming and organic food industry. The school is committed to the sustainability of the earth, and to the vitality and success of alumni. We purchase at least 20% of our ingredients from local artisans, farmers and producers.

We also offer a wide variety of home cook classes and customized private cooking events.
