BOULDER COUNTY FARMERS' MARKETBoulder is home to Colorado's
largest farmers'
market, offering an abundance of locally grown vegetables, fruits,
flowers, plants, gourmet cheeses, grass-fed meat and wines sold by the
farmers that produce them.
Every Saturday morning and
Wednesday evening from April through October, the Boulder County Farmers'
Market comes alive! Vibrant with color, lively chatter and friendly
faces, the Market hosts thousands of Boulder County residents and out-of-town
visitors each week. Folks come to the open-air market to shop, browse
and meet their friends and neighbors.

Farmers' Market to say hello to our Market Chefs. The Boulder
County Farmers' Market is located on13th Street, between Arapahoe and
Canyon. We have a new booth location this season in the
Atrium (by Canyon) and we're scheduled to cook up samples every other
Saturday starting April 3, 2010.
CSR now offers a professional
Farm To Table externship (part of our Culinary Arts program), as well
as Home Cook workshops that utilize locally grown products. Visit us
at the market to pick up more information.
