This Saturday, join Chef Marilyn at the Boulder County Farmers' Market then transport the bounty to CSR to learn cooking techniques to transform July's seasonal produce into a summery al fresco lunch. Cook Fresh! Market Meals Visit our Chef at the Market every Wednesday evening and Saturday morning at the Boulder County Farmers' Market. Pick up free recipes, try scrumptious seasonal samples and gather advice for cooking with ingredients fresh from the market. Ingredients: 1 lb tomatoes, peeled and chopped Method: In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, onion and jalapeno. Add olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, oregano and salt.
