From All About Cake to Sushi Madness, our recreational cooking classes explore a wide range of topics and techniques. Study chocolate one day and Thai cuisine the next. Learn new skills such as braising, sautéing and flambéing. On your own, or with a friend, explore your favorite styles of cooking and baking or take an adventure and try a new cuisine or cooking technique class.

New Additions To Our 2008 Spring Schedule

Our spring schedule of classes features several new offerings. Do-Ahead Dinners delivers ideas for meals that will help you pre-plan so you can spend more time with your family and guests. BBQ Basics provides tips and techniques for preparing the grill and making mouth watering tender barbecue. And Cupcake Bash teaches students to bake and decorate beautiful, fluffy, no-fail cupcakes.
