BASIC TECHNIQUES
VACATIONS
Consider adding a little spice to
your vacation with a cooking class. Whether you are an experienced
home cook or just beginning to discover cooking, CSR's Basic Techniques
Vacations can help take your cooking to the next level. We offer
both Basic Cooking and Basic Pastry Techniques through the spring, summer
and fall seasons.
These hands-on cooking classes
are taught in CSR's well-equipped teaching kitchen and run during the
daytime for five consecutive days. Two options are offered on
our schedule - Monday through Friday, or Wednesday through Sunday.
Techniques classes are limited to
12 students which allows for personalized instruction. Included
with your registration is a binder with printed recipes and wonderful
meals consisting of the food prepared during class served with wine
and beverages. Knives, tools and equipment can be borrowed.

combine a casual get-away with a fun and informative cooking class.
