Vacations
Consider adding a little spice
to your vacation with a cooking class. Whether you are an experienced
home cook or just beginning to discover cooking, CSR's Basic Techniques
Vacations can help take your cooking to the next level. We offer
both Basic Cooking and Basic Pastry Techniques through the spring, summer
and fall seasons.
These hands-on cooking classes
are taught in CSR's well-equipped teaching kitchen and run during the
daytime for five consecutive days. Two options are offered on
our schedule - Monday through Friday, or Wednesday through Sunday.
Techniques classes are limited
to 14 students which allows for personalized instruction. Included
with your registration is a binder with printed recipes and wonderful
meals consisting of the food prepared during class served with wine
and beverages. Knives, tools and equipment can be borrowed.
All you need to bring is your appetite for knowledge!

Vacation is designed for students who've already taken Basic Cooking
Techniques and are ready for a more rustic, ingredient-focused course
highlighting seasonal foods at their peak of ripeness.
