What types of recreational cooking classes are available?
At Culinary School of the Rockies, all cooking classes are hands on
and experiential. We offer two and three day recreational cooking Workshops
and five-day cooking and pastry techniques cooking classes. The recreational
cooking workshops cover a wide variety of topics, ranging from Pizza
and Pasta, to Sushi, Cake Walk, Chocolate Extravaganza, and Wine and
Cheese.

How many students are generally in a cooking class? Recreational cooking classes are small. Typically, there are 12 - 16 students in a cooking class.

Do I need a lot of experience cooking? The short answer is no. Culinary School of the Rockies' cooking classes are designed for everyone — from novice cooks to advanced home cooks. Our goal is to provide the inspiration, skills, confidence and tools to

How much do your classes cost?
Our classes range from $65 for a one-day class to $2,225 for a 20-week
Culinary Skills Course. Our most common price for a two-day workshop
is $225, and $285 for a three-day workshop. Techniques cooking and pastry
courses are $645 for 25 hours of instruction over five days.

What is your most advanced home cook class? Culinary Skills, an advanced 20-week cooking course for anyone who is passionate about food and cooking and committed to becoming a truly skilled cook.
