Should I eat before my class?
When you arrive for class, there will be snacks provided. You will eat the meal that your class has created when the class is finished cooking.  We scale ingredients for classes so each student is able to taste one portion of everything prepared before going home.  In baking classes we suggest students being a container to take baked goods home, since we do not expect you sit down to eat five-courses of cupcakes?!?!
