About Culinary School of the Rockies
Cooking at home is remarkably
easy and fun. Take the plunge and step into our kitchen, as thousands
of recreational home cooks have done over the last 19 years. Enrolling
in a techniques cooking or pastry class or recreational cooking workshop

Founded by Joan Brett in 1991, Culinary
School of the Rockies is a small, family-owned, nationally accredited
culinary school, offering a wide variety of recreational cooking workshops
and Techniques
classes. We welcome everyone interested in food and recreational cooking,
from beginners to more "seasoned" home cooks, from local residents to
visitors from around the world.
