Pastry Arts — Two Amazing Program Options

Both programs offer a fast and effective route to a pastry career. Our programs cover essential baking and pastry skills, from classic French pâtisserie and confections, to plating restaurant style desserts.

Pastry Track — A full-time, 5-week intensive program featuring the essentials of pastry and baking.

Pastry Arts — A part-time, 15-week evening program featuring the essentials of pastry and baking and advanced pastry topics.

Career Building Programs
Our pastry programs feed your passion and offer a fast and effective route to a pastry career. You develop your sensibilities and philosophy about pastry, baking techniques, ingredients, and presentation. You graduate with a solid foundation on which to build a successful pastry career. You will have confidence and a competitive edge in the marketplace.

Well-trained pastry cooks are in demand throughout the world. Career opportunities include positions in restaurants, catering companies, coffee shops, hotels, cafes, and artisan bakeries. You might also teach, write or create you own unique business. The career possibilities are endless.
