The Graduation Celebration is the culmination and the reward for your dedication and hard work in Pastry Arts.
You participate in an extensive planning process for this beautiful and delicious buffet, including theme, menu, baking, plate presentations, table setting, room layout, and budget considerations. You learn how to arrange and plate platters, bake in advance, and style the buffet table. The Graduation Celebration at Culinary School of the Rockies is informal and allows time for you to mingle with your guests.
Picture this. Your friends and family walk in and are awestruck by the sheer beauty and quantity of the desserts on the buffet tables. Your guests pile their plates with a variety of mouth-watering samples, fill their champagne flutes, taste your creations, and toast your accomplishments and success.
