Culinary School of the Rockies Hosts Dinner at the Prestigious James Beard House

Chef Instructor Adam Dulye of Culinary School of the Rockies was invited to host a "Celebrating Colorado's Bounty" dinner at the prestigious James Beard House on March 6, 2009.

Celebrating Colorado’s Bounty
The best of Colorado cuisine was celebrated at this special dinner. Attendees sampled award-winning Colorado beers and unique wines, paired with a farm-to-table-inspired menu prepared by a trio of the region’s top chefs. Chef Adam Dulye and Pastry Chef Amy DeWitt of Culinary School of the Rockies, and Chef Kyle Mendenhall of The Kitchen were the stars of the show.
