Apprenticeship Restaurants
Culinary School of the Rockies is the only culinary school in the nation offering a working apprenticeship in fine dining restaurants whose chefs cultivate strong and collaborative relationships with local growers, often visiting them on their farms and buying directly from them. These chefs focus on local, fresh ingredients, preparing them simply and letting the ingredients shine through.
