CSR is already ahead of the curve! One of the new food trends for the ‘10s are farm dinners, says Food and Wine Magazine. CSR’s Culinary Arts class hosts a 100-person farm dinner every 6-months. We’ve successfully prepared two amazing and delicious farm dinners in 2009, and we are looking forward to another two this year - the year of the farm dinner! And, don’t forget the other top trends of 2010. Also on the list are artisanal breakfasts, butter, and hot dogs. Stay tuned to our blogs for more on hot new trends next year as things heat up!
