Great kitchen space available to rent

I finally took the plunge and decided to open my own kitchen in Lafayette, Colorado. It’s so exciting! My main plan for the kitchen is to sublet it to other businesses since I only will be using it 5-6 days/month.

I plan to charge $18/hour plus a $20 charge/month towards cleaning supplies. I have a 6-burner range, convection oven, refrigeration and freezer, ice machine, tons of counter space including a maple table, and free wi-fi, all housed in a really nice and clean kitchen with great curb appeal. It’s in Lafayette (S. Boulder Rd and Centaur Village Rd, two minutes from Hwy 287).
