Culinary Arts graduate launched Comfort Food

March 4th, 2008

Christin Boothe, Culinary Arts July 2004, has officially launched Comfort Food, a non-profit organization formed to care for caregivers by providing quality meals and loving community support for people who are facing terminal or life altering illnesses.

Join “Bootsie” on Friday, March 14, 6:30 pm, at the Outback Auditorium in Fort Collins. All proceeds will assist Comfort Food. Send your RSVP and best wishes to christinboothe@gmail.com.

In Christin’s own words “I wanted to invite you to come and celebrate the launch of Comfort Food. I wouldn’t be where I’m at today if it weren’t for all of you at CSR. Comfort Food became an official non-profit on Feb. 26th. I hope to have a kitchen to work out of by this fall! It’s pretty exciting to see the dream become reality. I hope that you will be able to come and celebrate with me!”
