CSR owner inducted into BCB Hall of Fame

I am so proud to have nominated Joan Brett, owner of CSR, for the Boulder County Business Hall of Fame. She will be inducted in May 2008. Joan has a huge heart and gives back to the Boulder Community through her many philanthropic activities. Through her creativity and leadership, she powers the innovations that bring a national reputation to CSR. Her culinary talents and organizational skills mean that those attending CSR have great things to say about how the school has changed their lives and made them into well prepared home cooks and chefs.
