CSR’s Takes a Bite for The Boettcher Mansion

Culinary School of the Rockies is sponsoring Pints & Bites for Preservation, a celebration of food pairing and craft beer to support the Governor’s Residence Preservation Fund. CSR’s professional Culinary Arts students are preparing dishes to pair with Colorado craft beers using products from local farmers and artisan producers.
