Anne Cure to speak at CSR Open House

Anne is thrilled to be partnering with Culinary School of the Rockies. Anne, and her farm, Cure Organic Farm, will host several students in September 2008 during CSR’s 5-week Farm to Table Externship.
The five-week externship is part of CSR’s 6-month Culinary Arts Program, which runs July 7 – December 12, 2008. Anne will speak at the Open House, Thursday, March 13, 5:30-7:30 pm, and share with potential students her experiences building relationships with chefs, growing products specifically for restaurants, and her philosophies about using sustainable methods to maintain a healthy farm ecosystem.
