Culinary Arts — A Life Changing Program
Culinary Arts delivers an intense, six-month, full-time course. It is the only program in the nation offering an experiential, off-site Farm to Table Externship.
Culinary School of the Rockies is dedicated to you as a student, to the sustainability of the earth, and to the vitality and success of your career. As a CSR graduate, you will appreciate and understand the intricacies and challenges of sourcing and serving local, seasonal food. These skills will make you more marketable than other culinary school graduates, and set you up to be the next leaders in guiding our nation's restaurant, grocery and hospitality industries. You will be part of creating a new future for restaurants, businesses and farming communities.
Culinary Arts feeds your passion by developing your sensibility and philosophy about food, ingredients, cooking techniques, and dining.
