Chef Track Alumnus Robert Frans

"I'm the private chef for a former United States Ambassador. I travel with him around the world. We spend our winters in Miami Beach, summers in San Diego, and travel the world on his yacht. I have been in eleven different countries, including a 3-week stage in Singapore. I actually got the position with the Ambassador from the weekly CSR job posting email. I sent off my resume and 10 days later I was cooking on his yacht in Panama. I'm also involved in a new business called Dining Details. I couldn't have done any of this without CSR!"
