"I really appreciated the short length of the Culinary Arts Program. I was able to study and learn, and then quickly pursue my career. For any aspiring chef, having culinary school on your resume is a foot in the door. My philosophy about being a chef is everyday is different; I don't have a typical 9-5 schedule; my career affords the opportunity to travel; cooking is a great creative outlet."
