In the case of mental or physical disability, each application is assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the demanding physical and mental nature of cooking. International Students
Culinary School of the Rockies cannot provide F1 student visas. International students who have the ability to remain in the country without a student visa may apply. Because of the short length of our programs, international students may find that our programs are feasible. International students applying for the Culinary Arts Program must have appropriate passports, visas and other necessary paper work allowing month-long travel to France.

"I had received so much information from schools that seemed too big, too factory-like, and too expensive. I appreciated the fact that I would have the opportunity to get to know my instructors and have individual attention."
