The Professional Culinary Programs Catalog and Student Handbook (PPCSH) gives prospective students detailed information about Culinary School of the Rockies and its Professional Programs.

This document is required by ACCET, our accrediting agency. The language used throughout PPCSH is somewhat formal, but we've tried to make it as "user friendly" as possible. The PPCSH demonstrates our serious commitment to your culinary education.
