Taste of CSR
CSR encourages you to schedule a visit! Experience first hand all the excitement CSR has to offer. Come spend a day or evening with one of our professional classes. Chat with current students, meet chef instructors, see the facilities, get your hands dirty, eat with students and get answers to all your questions. Give us a Taste and see if CSR is right for you!
Here is how Taste of CSR typically works:
- Welcome; meet with admissions member
- Get fitted with a chef's coat
- Listen to an inspiring lecture with class
- Work/play/assist in kitchen with class and
chef instructor
- Taste the days creation and hear class the evaluate the days menu
- Find out what the next steps are for you with an admission representative
A Taste of CSR must be scheduled in advanced. If you can't spend the entire day/evening with the class no problem! Stay as long as you can or schedule a short tour of the school. To Taste CSR make sure you have:
- Close-toed shoes
- Comfortable clothing — long pants please!
- A passion for food
- An appetite
- Thirst to learn more about CSR
