Check Out CSR At The Colorado Fresh Markets

This past Sunday, CSR sent two chefs out to the Colorado Fresh Farmers’ Market in Denver for the first time (hint: we’re sharing a booth with Kaiser Permanente so look for the green tent). Chef Kirby and Chef James were out at the City Park Farmers’ Market making Walla Walla Onion, Heirloom Tomato and Buffalo Mozzarella Salad.  Every week our Chefs will pick up a “mystery market basket” from the farmers and be whipping up tasty treats and samples on the fly.
