CSR Dives Into Gluten Free Baking

CSR is starting to explore a new world of cooking and baking: The Gluten Free World. On Sunday June 28th, CSR hosted a new workshop called Simple Gluten Free Baking, taught by Chef Instructor Sarah Blecher. Students in the class created gluten free baked goods such as bagels, quiche, cinnamon rolls and two types of sandwich bread. The class exceeded the expectations of some new gluten free bakers. Most of the students in the class marveled at the fact that a gluten free bagel was even possible. By the end of the class, students chowed down on their gluten free feast and opened their minds to the fact that gluten free food can taste great!
