The Dining Room and Graduation Celebration
We do not operate an on-going student-run restaurant. The intense learning taking place every day in the teaching kitchen is effective. We do recognize the value of serving the public. Here's how we do it differently.
Real life experiences — two events — two formats:
- The Dining Room simulates a restaurant experience. You design, organize, prepare and serve a three-course meal, appetizer, main dish and dessert. Each menu category has three selections.
- The Graduation Celebration is an opportunity for you and your classmates to create a fabulous buffet for your friends and family.
The Dining Room — A Student-Run Restaurant
The Dining Room is a student-run restaurant similar to a casual bistro. It is a great opportunity for you and your classmates to spotlight your talents. The menu features fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. Managed and operated by Chef Track students, The Dining Room allows you to practice the theory and culinary artistry you have learned from the Guest Chefs.
